Idyllic southern house, right on the beach. The house is sunny with a fantastic view of the sea. Here you will find unique hiking, fishing and swimming facilities. The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

Completely renovated and new addition in 2014. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas, one of which is a dining area. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180cm beds down and 90cm up. The last bedroom has a standard double bed. Dining room with room for 12 people. Heating with heating cables in floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless internet (fiber) and Riks-TV package are included. AppleTV both in living room and in family room on 2nd floor.

Bathing water with beach about 15 min walk The main part of the house is for rent: Living room, porch, hallway, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 120 cm beds. Bright basement living room of 19m2, with 2 single beds and a sofa. Parking next to house (1 space) and garage space in road (1-2) spaces. Apartment rented in a rural location, apartment is at the end of our house 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 sofa with space for two TV and Internet Dishwasher & Refrigerator Washing machine and a small drying rack ,living room,kitchen, Outdoor seating area, in season. Toy monkeys on the outside can be disposed of but must then be shared with our kids if they are at home. Lots of sun and nice views of a water. No bus connection from us. 5km to the Southern Center/ Zoo 14 km to Kristiansand 11 km to little sand

Duvets, pillows, bedding and towels must be brought. Comes with a kind female cat in the rent. Very cuddly and is mostly only outside, know inside and eat ☺️ normal rules with quiet hours from 23-07. Charging a car will from November cost 200kr for unlimited charging

Small single-family home with cozy garden and good sun conditions. Access to BBQ and lounge area. Free parking in the garden with room for 2 cars. No electric car charger. Old house from 1850 recently renovated inside. Renovated bathroom and kitchen, all amenities available. Great for families with children going to the zoo or couples who are going to have a small southern holiday. Comfortable space for 4, but possible to add mattresses for more. 15 min walk to "Markens". 3 min walk to bus stop and grocery store

New log house with amazing views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

The Riverside Cabin Home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.
