Our modernly furnished stay has a living/bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen. You have a private entrance and it is on the ground floor. All to yourself. It is fully equipped with underfloor heating which can be controlled by yourself. A space with a bright and quiet look, great for relaxing. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to Rotterdam, the windmills of Kinderdijk (7 km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13 km) and Gouda (13 km). Also nice by water bus to Rotterdam or Dordrecht.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Tiny Canal House in Historic Gouda

Ons kleine monumentale grachtenpand ligt op een steenworp afstand van het historische stadhuis, het museum en de Sint-Janskerk, wereldberoemd om zijn glas-in-loodramen. De geschiedenis van het huis dateert van 1390. De naam die het pand lang heeft gedragen was "'t Pyntgen Wijns" (een pintje wijn). Misschien dus een kleine wijnbar. De kunst galerie op de begane grond is alleen op afspraak geopend. En voor gasten van de Airbnb altijd toegankelijk.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek & Bloem who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
