It is fully equipped with underfloor heating which can be controlled by yourself. A space with a bright and quiet look, great for relaxing. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to Rotterdam, the windmills of Kinderdijk (7 km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13 km) and Gouda (13 km). Also nice by water bus to Rotterdam or Dordrecht.

Ons kleine monumentale grachtenpand ligt op een steenworp afstand van het historische stadhuis, het museum en de Sint-Janskerk, wereldberoemd om zijn glas-in-loodramen. De geschiedenis van het huis dateert van 1390. De naam die het pand lang heeft gedragen was "'t Pyntgen Wijns" (een pintje wijn). Misschien dus een kleine wijnbar. De kunst galerie op de begane grond is alleen op afspraak geopend. En voor gasten van de Airbnb altijd toegankelijk.
