Ein verwunschener Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Weg zum Zentrum des Ortes dauert a. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch das Erlebnisbad Salztalparadies sowie ein großer Indoor Spielplatz und der schöne Schmelzteich sowie der Stadtwald sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar.

Built in 1914, the house combines historical and natural elements with hand-burned bricks and brushed beams. Excellent insulation, triple glazed windows and underfloor heating ensure comfort.
