The apartment is located opposite the spa park with a large playground, boules court, mini golf, etc. The swimming lake" Kulmbacher Teich" is only a short distance away. The ascent by cable car or chairlift to Bocksberg is 80 metres away. On the mountain there is a cabin, a fast summer toboggan run, slide towers, down half trails and great ski and toboggan runs due to seasonal ski and toboggan slopes. The apartment is a great starting point for hikers, motorcyclists or for a romantic weekend for two. The Kristall Saunatherme is almost at your doorstep, just like the forest, 2 great swimming lakes in the village that can also be easily reached on foot. A 5th person can stay on the sofa in an emergency. The blanket and pillow must then be brought, the apartment is only for 4 people.
