Bellavista Resort is located in the southern part of Durrës Bay, next to Brilliant, and Gloria Hotels by the left side and Supreme Hotel by the right side - half an hour from Mother Teresa Airport, 10 minutes from Durrës, one hour from Berat, and one hour from archaeological site of Apolonia. The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

Ardi's Place

The apartment is located within a residential complex with direct access to the beach. Distance from Rinas Airport is circa 30km and from citi of Durres 12km. Is a great place for families with kids because is located only 50-60m from the beach and alongside the seaside are located more than a dozen bars and restaurants, mostly with playgrounds for kids and some of them have swimming pools also. The sand is fine and there are not big waves in the sea. Parking is free in the premises.

Modern Sea View Apartment For a Perfect Holiday

Modern 2-bedroom apartment with sea view and balcony in front of the beach. Close to Golemi and 'Shkembi Kavajes' areas, many amenities nearby include bars, restaurants, supermakets, clubs etc and 10 min walk to Fafa resort. Quiet location with serene views for romantic couples or families to have a relaxing time by the beach. Has master bedroom with own bathroom and other bedroom and large bathroom so may host large family or even two couples. Please ask for more information.

Dear future guest! We offer a newly built sea view apartment in Plazh, Golem Durres. It is located in the 4th floor of a building, 2 minutes walking distance from the sea. The flat which sleeps up to 4-5 people, is composed of 1 large bedroom (with a double bed and 2 portable beds), a kitchen & living room area. The apartment has one bathroom and a sunny spacious balcony with sea view. We are available for few days as well as for few months, depending on necessity.

Lovely and very new apartment( 80 square meters) with two balconies in Street 3 Vellezerit Thanasi 7, door nr 10. 2 floor. 2 minutes form the sea and the center.Very bright and spacious. There are kitchen well furnished, bathroom with shower, 1 king bad a sofá bañed for 2, Very quite and clean.Very central and stores, beach, supermarket, bar and restaurants.

A great place with a breathtaking panoramatic view to the Adriatic see. The apartment building is located in the first line on the sandy beach. Shops, restaurants and bars are in the neighbourhood. A bus stop only 200 m. The apartment is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. The balconies offer an amazing romantic view to the sunset.
