In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. Heaven on earth. Luxury apartment, Eden villa.

In our mini-complex, which is a private estate, a large gated green area, a swimming pool with a children's department, a landscaped barbecue area, a children's playground, a sports ground, a gym, a children's playroom. Gentle beaches, which are somewhat within walking distance, and the infrastructure (restaurant, cafe, shop, bus stop) at a distance of 150-200m. Fabulous views from the windows, from balconies and territory to the sea and mountains at the same time. Ideal for a family holiday.

Welcome to our studio apartment with a stunning sea view! Perfect for solo travelers and couples. Looking to work from home? My studio's internet is fast enough for all the remote workers. The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.

It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement. Since 1988 our family have been renting apartments and hosting guests from all over the world. This apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Apartment makes you feel like you are in your own home. Its comfortably fits two people and its located ten minutes from beach. Behind apartment there is small balcony with shade below the lemon tree.

Excellent location! Distance to the city beach ( Slovenska plaža) just 50 meters. Walking distance to the Old Town 10 min. The apartment is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !

Cute apartment with the sea view and private beach that is used by my family and our Airbnb guests. Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry room, parking etc. Please note: the lounge chairs and terraces are for exclusive use for our guests, but we cannot forbid anyone to be on pier or rock part of the beach!
