Paste Tuzen and Ien. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy all the beautiful things in the immediate vicinity, this comfortable and nice residential park is located in Warten. Warten is located in the triangle Leeuwarden, Heerenveen and Drachten in the nature park de Alde Feanen. The living area is comfortable and includes a living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and storage room. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and oven. The ark is located on a large spacious garden to the south.

Je hebt de beschikking over een knusse woonkamer met open keuken welke is voorzien van koelkast en inductieplaat. Overnachten doe je in één van de twee slaapkamers. Er is één slaapkamer met een tweepersoons bed en een met een stapelbed. Daarnaast is er een slaapbank. Verder is er een badkamer met toilet.

The houseboat is quietly located and is therefore not rented out to young people or for student, drinking and bachelor parties. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the houseboat.

A unique water villa with a very luxurious look. Our water villa is located next to the marina of Warten near the beautiful nature reserve the Alde Feanen. A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. There are many cycling routes around this area, including the famous ferry route. In the harbor there is a free berth available for boats up to 9 meters. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the arkenpark
