Guests have a private entrance, a secure parking space and a delightful well tended garden, ideal for morning coffee. This annex has a double bedroom with views! Parking on the road right outside. We are right next door, so just call! There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area outside the front door with beautiful views across Exeter and open countryside. The Uni is close, walking (15 mins) or you can walk to the city center (25 mins). or catch a bus nearby. Sofabed available on request. 1 WC with shower

This is a delightful space for a comfortable stay... The room is light and modern with double doors opening out to a private and peaceful garden space. Essentials for a relaxing stay include comfortable double bed, sofa, small kitchen area and flat screen TV. The Garden Room is a completely self-contained space. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

This welcoming self-contained apartment is beneath our hillside home, with an independent entrance at ground level. It's in Heavitree, about a 5 min drive from J29 on the M5, 10 min east of the city centre and about the same west of the airport, 15 min from St David's railway station and the university. There is off-road parking, and frequent buses run into central Exeter, the railway station and the airport from nearby. There is a double bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
