The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

This annex has a double bedroom with views! Parking on the road right outside. We are right next door, so just call! There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area outside the front door with beautiful views across Exeter and open countryside. The Uni is close, walking (15 mins) or you can walk to the city center (25 mins). or catch a bus nearby. Sofabed available on request. 1 WC with shower

This welcoming self-contained apartment is beneath our hillside home, with an independent entrance at ground level. It's in Heavitree, about a 5 min drive from J29 on the M5, 10 min east of the city centre and about the same west of the airport, 15 min from St David's railway station and the university. There is off-road parking, and frequent buses run into central Exeter, the railway station and the airport from nearby. There is a double bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.
