If you're looking for a secluded mountain getaway this is not the place but if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown festivities then our loft is the perfect place for you! Our loft has local art, a small balcony, high ceilings and exposed brick. We are right in the center of all the downtown action. You are literally steps away from incredible craft beers, award-winning food and regional music. Downtown is lively especially at night where you can hang out and see a local funk band or head down to the drum circle then sleep late then head downstairs for a massage. Luxury downtown loft on second floor of historic brick building. Sitting balcony overlooks College St. Completely equipped kitchen Coffee maker Coffee & Tea provided HDTV with Sling TV and Netflix and local channels Wireless speaker Pullout couch with Sealy Posturepedic mattress Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and pillows Washer and Dryer We live in Asheville nearby but do not live in the building but are happy to answer any questions you have. The home's convenient downtown location puts the vibrant Asheville culture right outside the door. Dine at award-winning restaurants and bakeries, try some new drinks at the local breweries, and enjoy the energetic nightlife of the area. You are close to several parking decks. You will not need to drive unless you are going to the River Arts District, Biltmore House or hiking in the mountains. Located between Lexington Ave & Haywood St, the loft is a 1 minute walk to Pack Square and Biltmore Ave and a 3 minute walk to the Grove Arcade & Wall St. Taxis and Uber run all the time. We allow dogs with prior approval. The building has an elevator. The entrance to the building has secure keypad code access. The bedroom is in the interior of the condo with pocket doors to separate the room from the living area and windows. Downtown Asheville can be noisy and music can be heard most nights. We have a white noise machine and earplugs to minimize any disruption. It can however be loud for guests sleeping on the pullout couch in the living area. We cannot issue refunds for noise emanating from the neighborhood around the condo.

Beautiful custom built space!! Tastefully decorated, first class accommodations on the mountain overlooking Asheville. WE CLEAN COVID CLEAN, leaving the space feeling fresh and inviting for each guest! Exposed rock wall opposite original outside wall; just a couple of the details that give this listing a unique and comfortable feel. Beautiful mountain views above with city lights below. We think you'll love our space. It's quirky, comfortable, and stylish. A bit like Asheville, really. This studio apartment has a private entrance and is a 10 minute walk downtown or bike ride to the River Arts District (RAD). Our clean, modern space is your perfect launch pad for brewery tours, culinary interests or explorations of all the wild beauty the local Blue Ridge has to offer. This space is below our main living space so there may be occasional noise since we have 2 young kids.

Our historic home (1895) is adjacent to the Grove Park golf course. We have beautiful long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a swimming pool, and are close to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the Grove Park Inn. Our private downstairs suite has its own path and entrance with a lockbox. It includes a bedroom, living room, and bathroom (see details in "the space"). Come relax, explore, and enjoy the views, patios, and sunsets. Pet friendly.

The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. Only appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child over 12.

Welcome to our sanctuary on the hill just a mile from downtown Asheville. This is a sweetly remodeled 1 bedroom basement apartment with its own private entrance. We have all utilities and luxuries restored after hurricane Helene and look forward to hosting you! This is a pet friendly space in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We do live on a hill and parking is on street but it is low traffic and a short walk to several restaurants and cafes.
