The bedroom suite includes a roof top deck, coffee bar, 48" TV complete with Apple TV and NetFlix, and mini-fridge. Indoor bicycle storage is also available upon request. Adjacent suite available for folks traveling “together but separate” and can be found on Air BnB as HayLo in Hip West Asheville: Walk, Bike, Ride! Yes, there is a microwave. Please note there is no smoking on the property. Stay in stylish comfort just steps away from West Asheville's hip & chill Haywood Road. 2 blocks from award winning restaurants & coffee houses, local shops, breweries and music venues. River Arts District and Downtown Asheville are minutes away by bicycle or car. Green belts and Riverbank parks are right down the hill. Easy access from the Highway & simple direct route from Asheville Regional Airport to our doorstep. Enjoy easy off street parking for one vehicle. Unload for your stay and unwind in this open, vaulted and serene bedroom suite. The bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 small chairs, writing desk, bedside tables, lamps and walk in closet available for guests. The decor is simple and thoughtful with clean designs and comfortable, high quality amenities. There is a private entrance to the space and an interior door that connects to the main house, which remains locked for your privacy and ours. Fix yourself a cup of tea or coffee at the morning bar and enjoy it on the second story deck, or perhaps an evening beverage under the stars or simply take in the mountain air. The room is furnished with a ceiling fan and 48" smart TV. The bathroom is large with a tile surround shower with double shower heads and a large vanity and mirror- great to get ready for those big days while in Asheville! Whatever the reason you find yourself in Asheville, if it's work, friends, family or outdoor adventure, restaurants, music, art galleries or shopping , I hope you'll choose to stay at the HiTop while enjoying your visit to Asheville. Your available access is the entire suite and one designated parking space in front of the house that can accommodate one vehicle. There is covered and secure bicycle parking available upon request. The West AVL neighborhood is walkable / bikeable to The River Arts District, New Belgium Brewing, Wedge Brewing and the hub of West AVL's business district, Haywood Rd. Walk or bike, the bus stop is a 10 minute walk, $7 cab ride to downtown, driving optional! Please note that the unit is accessed by a flight of stairs. We do not recommend this unit for anyone with walking difficulties. Also, we are a family that lives in the house, so while we are especially conscious when we have guests, you may hear us in the mornings getting ready for school and work, at bedtime as well as moments of general toddler exuberance.

If you're looking for a secluded mountain getaway this is not the place but if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown festivities then our loft is the perfect place for you! Our loft has local art, a small balcony, high ceilings and exposed brick. We are right in the center of all the downtown action. You are literally steps away from incredible craft beers, award-winning food and regional music. Downtown is lively especially at night where you can hang out and see a local funk band or head down to the drum circle then sleep late then head downstairs for a massage. Luxury downtown loft on second floor of historic brick building. Sitting balcony overlooks College St. Completely equipped kitchen Coffee maker Coffee & Tea provided HDTV with Sling TV and Netflix and local channels Wireless speaker Pullout couch with Sealy Posturepedic mattress Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and pillows Washer and Dryer We live in Asheville nearby but do not live in the building but are happy to answer any questions you have. The home's convenient downtown location puts the vibrant Asheville culture right outside the door. Dine at award-winning restaurants and bakeries, try some new drinks at the local breweries, and enjoy the energetic nightlife of the area. You are close to several parking decks. You will not need to drive unless you are going to the River Arts District, Biltmore House or hiking in the mountains. Located between Lexington Ave & Haywood St, the loft is a 1 minute walk to Pack Square and Biltmore Ave and a 3 minute walk to the Grove Arcade & Wall St. Taxis and Uber run all the time. We allow dogs with prior approval. The building has an elevator. The entrance to the building has secure keypad code access. The bedroom is in the interior of the condo with pocket doors to separate the room from the living area and windows. Downtown Asheville can be noisy and music can be heard most nights. We have a white noise machine and earplugs to minimize any disruption. It can however be loud for guests sleeping on the pullout couch in the living area. We cannot issue refunds for noise emanating from the neighborhood around the condo.
