Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completely built in 2017 with bright and open plan with all imaginable amenities. Here is access to a boat and a lovely bathing jetty. Charcoal barbecue is available to borrow for the barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely trolley with a lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. On the loft is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. Wonderful views of Lake Orsa and the blurry mountains. Middle of nature, close to swimming, skiing experiences and adventures. Now the spa department is ready for use. Price not included in regular rent. Although the house is located in the nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.

Here you can swim wood-fired hot tub and fire in the fireplace just down at the lake. Fishing at the house or at one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike 7 Torpsleden about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding right on the plot, ice skating or fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski tracks just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

Welcome to our newly built guesthouse with sauna, fireplace and wonderful views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. Swimming jetty just below the house with free access to a rowboat. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (free access to electric car charging) The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise!
