Small lake house with your own jetty

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Amazing house with wonderful sea location

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Welcome to stay in our newly built holiday home in Oxberg. The house is located at Oxbergssjön where there is access to swimming, boat and fishing. Nearby the house goes Vasaloppet trail/trail where you can run, bike or ski. Start of Tjejvasan, located only 2 km away from the house. It is easy to get to ski resorts in Grönklitt and Sälen. Cozy both summer and wintertime! The house is newly built (2023) in mountain style with all modern amenities. Towels and bed sheets are included.

A semi-detached house nearby Fulufjället Nationalpark and Swedens highest waterfall, Njupeskär. On the winter you can drive to Idre mountain for skiing, downhill or cross country. There are also cross-country skiing in the same area as the house and also trails for snowmobile. On the summer you have hiking trails or mayby you want to fish. There is a lot of different lakes and rivers for fishing. We are providing wood for the stove. A grillhouse is situated in the village area.

Charming house next to the lake.

Our beautiful house is located just next to lake with a sauna and private dock that takes you straight out on the ice, which makes this an ideally home for the ice-skating tourist. The house consists of an spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed, plenty of closets and ocean-view. The bathroom is newly renovated with all the necessary utilities. As you can see in the photos the kitchen and living room is combined into a big open space, perfect for relaxation and pleasant dinners..
