Completely remodeled home in 2020 with all the latest amenities from gorgeous granite countertops, a chef's delight kitchen, to new furnishings, you will love this cozy casa. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There’s no reason to leave with both pool and ocean access at your back door, and just minutes away are great beaches, fantastic parks, and amazing restaurants with live entertainment, although we do have a fully stocked kitchen and charcoal grill if you prefer to eat in. There’s bowling alleys, movie theaters, and family style entertainment right around the corner. We have fast Wi-Fi if you work from home. 100% remodeled in 2023.

Our home offers a comfortable open floor plan with lots of windows offering views of the pool and waterfront area. Upon entering the home, you walk down a short hallway and enter into the large common area with 3 sliding glass doors allowing access to the pool deck and lanai. Our outdoor space offers a large covered lanai with plenty of seating along with an area for outdoor dining. In addition, we have a beautiful heated saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and boat lift.

This COMPLETELY remodeled home in 2022 is located on the water in the very desirable community of Punta Gorda Isles. It is only a 3-minute boat ride through the canal to open water and biking distance to Fisherman's Village and Downtown Punta Gorda. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, all with walk in closets, 2 well-appointed bathrooms and a wonderful, open great room concept. Large patio and pool deck with heated pool. Enjoy the view to the canal as you sip your coffee in the morning.
