Cozy & clean & close to the Gulf! In this studio apartment you have a separate entrance up the back stairs with a balcony & windows with a view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You will be 3 houses away from the beach. This is a studio apartment with a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed and a Click Clack couch that opens into a small double bed, if needed. There is a full bathroom with nice shower. There is a small kitchenette with stovetop, microwave and toaster oven for cooking.

Elegant heated pool canal home in very quiet area.

Great location! Bring your dog, bring your boat and enjoy the Florida sun in your heated saltwater swimming pool. Fish off your private dock while watching for dolphins or manatee. You can meet the rest of the opacarophiles who walk to the beach to view the sunset. Relax in the jacuzzi with your favorite beverage. NOTE: Beach is sandy but the water is BRACKISH, not clear. This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.

This house offers, with a 34x12 feet swimming pool and own tennis court, a completely new rental experience. You will find the barbecue area outside of the pool area. The charging of EV is not allowed and an extra fee will be charged.
