The country house Kuessen from the 16th century was lovingly renovated in the period from 2000 – 2010 and is located in the middle of quiet nature at the foot of the Magdalen mountain in the village of Ottmanach. From here you have fantastic views over South Carinthia to the Karawanken. In just 15 kilometers you can reach Carinthia's state capital Klagenfurt, which is located directly on Lake Wörthersee. Our beautiful apartment can accommodate 2 adults and max 1 infant. We, Alice and Florian, are looking forward to your visit.

Exclusive unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The closed residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean designed private house only ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of her bedroom, can be used at any time. You will find 2 small cozy rooms each with a double bed (140cm); a spacious living room including kitchen, counter, dining table and sofa bed (and of course TV). A functional bathroom with shower and toilet - and of course a terrace with seating. We offer parking right in front of the door.
