Great apartment with direct access to the lake & lake view

Our apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020, is located on the 8th floor of the house Landskron with beautiful views over Lake Ossiach. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine - fully automatic etc), a living/dining room, a sleeping bunk with bunk bed (bottom 140 cm, top 90 cm wide), a bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Furthermore, the apartment has a loggia of about 14m2 with dining table (extendable) and a (also extendable as a sofa bed) bench. The apartment is located directly (without road in between) on the south shore of Lake Ossiach. In front of the house is a spacious lawn with shallow lake access and jetty. Behind the sunbathing lawn there is a children's playground, a featherball/volleyball net, table tennis, soccer field and three tennis courts.

Lake House (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The lake house, my personal life dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountain, right on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house, everything is very generous for humans and animals. It's very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fire places, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, sup and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it is more fun for all of us. A special place!

Genieße eine absolut gemütliche Zeit, in dieser - 1 Minute vom Faaker See, zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung sechs hat ein tolles Schlafzimmer, einen Vorraum/Garderobe, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sehr gut ausgestattete Dusche/WC mit allem (Shampoo, Conditioner, Make up pads etc.) , einen genialen Wohnraum mit TV und einen super neuen Essraum mit Bartisch - hier kann man mit Blick auf den See den Urlaub geniessen. Nummer sechs ist total neu und im Retro Stil eingerichtet.

Bed linen and kitchen towels and towels are provided. (Not to be used outdoors or for thermal baths). You must bring your own beach towels. Minimum bookable from 4 nights. Washing machine is not available in bungalows but there is a washing machine on request to be used for a fee. Due to several vandalisms, we are forced to ask for a deposit of € 250 on arrival.
