THE LOCATION IN BECICI! NEW HOUSE! The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a bedroom and hall, kitchen, terrace, bathroom. The area is 46 sq.m. Quiet place. To the sea, slowly, 2 minutes. Becici Beach is one of the most luxurious on the entire coast. There are 4 grocery stores near the house. There is a bus stop 30 meters from the house, but you can't hear the noise from the road, since the windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard. Near the house there is an Atlantic restaurant, where you can have lunch from 12 to 16 at an affordable price.

Stunning view to Kotor bay and the Old Town

Probably the most beautiful apartment of 85 m2 literally 3 minutes from the beach and easily walkable to Kotor old down. Amazing direct view to the Unesco World Heritage Kotor Bay not only from the terrace but also from the open space living room and the master bedroom. Latter has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom includes two single beds and there is also a second bathroom with toilet and shower. Two swimming pools with sea view in front of the terrace.

On 24 January we received 5-star rating from the Municipality ie Tourist agency in Montenegro. This beautiful three-story house is located just meters from the sea in Perast. It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, that can host up to 10 people comfortably. The house has access to a boating pont with steps leading to the water. The property is air-conditioned, and every room has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. We can arrange for a car to pick you up at Tivat airport.
