Hallo, Ich biete euch einen gemütlichen Raum mit TV, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen aber gemütlichem Bett (90x200cm). Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer teilen wir uns während eures Aufenthalts. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, am Stadtrand und mit der S-Bahn super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof 24 min. Marienplatz 21 min. Ostbahnhof 15 min. Messe (Messestadt Ost) 17 min. Flughafen / Airport 49 min.

Bright and absolutely quiet room with private bathroom in new, quiet and very well maintained apartment complex in the backyard. Small balcony facing the courtyard. Directly at the Olympic Park. Subway (four stops to Marienplatz/Central Station) and tram and bus line in the neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping and everything you need right around the corner.
