This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A cosy sleeping alcove with 2 beds and a large living room with 2 beds behind curtain. A rustique well equipped kitchen and a cosy bathroom with floor heating . The studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
