Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shore of clean Lake Storträsk. The yard is a peaceful and scenic place for a vacation day where neither are the neighbors in sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake scenery or the life of the forest. The sauna is right by the beach, by boat or sub-board, you can go rowing or fishing. You can always swim in the winter. The studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
