Haus Mitterbach is one of the biggest houses in Berchtesgaden (80 residential units) and offers in addition to an indoor swimming pool as well as a bicycle storage room and a laundry room. Bus stop, bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 800 metres away. The parking is below the property. For the short (about 200 m), steep climb to the house you will be rewarded with a dreamlike view of the mountains. For loading, and unloading can be driven up to the entrance.

Located on the Salzkammergutradweg, the mountains and lakes are easily accessible by bike or car close by bike or car. Good public transportation to Salzburg, Hof bei Salzburg and Mondsee. It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.
