Bread roll service or have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bäck) Offer ski depot for 2 people in the gondola station Cost 10 EURO per day Dogs are welcome.

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Ideal also for dog owners. A small guest house is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of its healthy wood construction, tasteful living-kitchen, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, good air. My place is good for couples.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
