Completely renovated, it is conveniently located, at the entrance, 2 minutes' walk from the small port, beaches and departure from the Calanques. Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, comfortable, high standard, sea front with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco ", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmospheres. Not very recommended for people seeking isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.
