The Howe cottage was built in 1876 and received several additions since then. This cozy 980 square ft Cottage is fully fenced in (inc. the front yard) that's perfect for dogs. A half mile walk to the corner of Broad St and Thomas St. Beautiful Crepe Myrtles in the front yard. Over flow parking available on S. Poplar St. A spacious living room with plenty of seating. There is a chance you may be able to hear the baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens.
