One bedroom apartment not far from downtown Athens

No cleaning fee, only fees required by airbnb and GA! Quiet country setting only 9 miles from downtown Athens and UGA. Complete one bedroom, one bath apartment with full kitchen. Perfect for that game day get away, parents weekend, or business traveler wanting more space than a hotel room! One small dog and a cat live upstairs with the owners. You may see them outside but they will never come into the apartment. Full sized bed in the bedroom with a double futon in the living area.

The Howe cottage was built in 1876 and received several additions since then. This cozy 980 square ft Cottage is fully fenced in (inc. the front yard) that's perfect for dogs. A half mile walk to the corner of Broad St and Thomas St. Beautiful Crepe Myrtles in the front yard. Over flow parking available on S. Poplar St. A spacious living room with plenty of seating.
