Great newly built architect cabin. 3 acres of undisturbed plot down to the sea, its own pier and diving board. The cabin is built with the best materials choices. A total of 5 bedrooms (3 extra mattresses possible on sleeping on the 2nd floor) 2 bathrooms, large and airy dining room and living room with fireplace and magical view to Kvåsefjorden. Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way forward and possibility to charge an electric car. Jacuzzi that holds 40 degrees year round. 2 Kayak and is a sup board. The cabin is equipped with good beds, duvets and pillows.

Panoramic views, amazing terrace, in the middle of the city!

The house was called "Southern idyll" in Who lives here at NRK (season 2, 10th episode). It is located just above the city promenade with panoramic views of the city fjord. Here are 150 sqm terraces, rooftop terrace and jacuzzi The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 am in the evening. It is only one minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent boat space 2 minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. Cottage with all equipment, 2 outdoor spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 14 foot boat with 40hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 60hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 500kr a day. 16/3-21 boat and spa ready.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
