The apartment on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance, is bright and spacious, about 95 m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with a double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, antique pull-out bed in the largest bedroom possibly for children and an open solution for kitchen/with wood-burning stove and heat pump. The bathroom is big with 2 sinks, shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment comes with a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Lovely view from the conservatory over Nidelven. Wi-Fi, smartTV (no reg. channels). The garden is available by guests upon agreement. Park free v the house.

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the residence. Marina close by, garden at the front of the residence. The home is located in a quiet residential area, so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking not allowed due to allergies

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing equipment, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromsøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. Downtown south country house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms.
