Idyllic skipper house in the heart of Marstal

In one of Marstal's many small idyllic streets is this cozy, low-ceilinged townhouse. This cozy home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The home contains on the ground floor an entrance hall, cozy living room, dining room as well as kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a toilet. Washing machine and dishwasher are available at the property. You have to bring bed linen and towels yourself.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space overlooking Kleven Harbor. In the butterhole between Marstal and Ærøskøbing you will find the small cozy village of Kragnæs. With Øhavstien running directly through and Nevrestien starting in Kragnæs and with the 4 km to Marstal or 6 km to Ærøskøbing, there is ample opportunity for walks and excursions on foot or by bike. The house is stylishly renovated, with respect for the history of the house. It has a lovely garden with a terrace and fire pit.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.

The house is an old charming town house in the coveted Sønderrande neighborhood of Marstal, where the old skipper houses sit side by side. The house is located a stone's throw from the harbor and Kalkoven oven, and with a short walking distance to the beach, pedestrian street and shopping opportunities. The house has a good vibe and is decorated with a combination of authentic and modern details. There is plenty of opportunity for relaxation, bike rides and experiences in the aero nature.

Ganz in Ruhe in einem naturbelassenem Garten unter einer uralten Rotbuche auf einem sanften Hügel. Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

Welcome to our lovely, renovated townhouse of 63 m2, located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets a few minutes walk from everything. The house is on two levels and has a cozy living room with possibility of bedding, a dining room and a nice small kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels and the like. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Newly built two-story apartment in our 200 year old barn, previously used for cattle, chicken coop, basin, and carpenter workshop. The apartment has everything for a relaxing stay in beautiful, raw nature. The long beach of the Vittens, just a walk away, is perfect for disconnecting. Included DIY. breakfast with sourdough buns, butter, jam, eggs from our own hens and nourishing porridge. Ideal for those seeking tranquility in scenic surroundings.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea view. There is a lovely covered terrace with morning sun with a view to the beach and jetty. The garden is lovely closed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right by hiking and biking routes.

Small townhouse from 1811 right by the square and the church in Ærøskøbing. Walking distance to everything in the city – ferry, shops, restaurants, beach etc. You have the house to yourselves and can use everything in the house. No TV. Free wifi. In the summer, Ærøskøbing is closed for car driving. So until September 1 guests can not drive in by car unfortunately, but there is free parking space 2 minutes walk from the house.
