A cozy townhouse in the centre of Marstal that has just been refurbished. The rooms are bright and spacious with plenty of space for many visitors. The house is packed with atmosphere and its many rooms set up for family moments. Only a few minutes by bike to the beach. The warm summer evenings are obvious to enjoy in the patio, which is located in extension of the house kitchen. The good weather can also be enjoyed from the terrace of the house's closed garden. In addition, the house has both flat screen and fiber broadband/wireless network.

My home is close to old Ærøskøbing, in addition the house is only 75 meters from the marina, about 700 meters to the beach . The house is 40m2, furnished with entrance, bathroom/toilet, kitchen/living room, bedroom and loft. The house is non-smoking! No pets! NOTE: READ THIS TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS, AIRBNB CALLS ALL CLEANING FEE, BUT AT US, THE LINEN RENTAL FEE IS COVERED. AS I HAVE FULL-TIME WORK, THE GUESTS IN MY HOUSE CLEAN THEMSELVES AND IT'S NO PROBLEM AS IT'S SHORT TERM STAY.

Nice town house in the middle of Ærøskøbing

The house is a town house in the center of the charming town, Ærøskøbing. It's located 150 meter from the town square, 5 minutes from the ferry and 800 meter from the lovely beach. The house is 75m2, has two bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen and living room in one downstairs with acces to a nice covered terrace. The garden is quiet and private. The house is ideal for families as well as couples who want's to explore the town and the island. It is our private house, which we use in our holidays.

Cozy and beautifully restored town house in the heart of Ærøskøbing -the fairytale town of Denmark. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend or a nice family vacation. It has 5 beds in 3 separate rooms, a cozy livingroom, diningroom, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with steam bath. You are welcome to use the two private gardens; a sunny courtyard and closed front yard. We really love our small romatic house and hope you will enjoy and take care of it too :)

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Beautiful wagon to feel good

Love being in nature? This wonderful trailer is located on the meadow by our pretty chickens overlooking the island landscape. Depending on the weather, have breakfast indoors or outdoors and let the Salzluftwind be painted around your nose, enjoy the long sunset in the evening and then look into the starry sky.... They are in nature and have a cozy comfort in the car with summer kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

lovely little townhouse with cozy courtyard, close to the old harbour. The house is on 2 floors . Living room, kitchen room, and bathroom . On 1 floor there are 2 bedrooms and a small toilet. Bed linen and towels must be brought with you. You clean the house yourself when you leave it, the house has everything you need for final cleaning.
