The cottage has 2 bedrooms upstairs, the first one with 1 double bed, the second with 2 double beds. On the ground floor, a living room with an airy fireplace, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Close to supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, etc.

The house is located near Grojec Mountain, from which you can admire the full panorama of Żywiec and the surrounding area. The location of the house provides great and quick access to the center of Żywiec. Fee for using a garden hot tub 200 zł per night, each additional night 150 zł. Pets welcome. We don't host special events.

.Enter and relax in this serene, stylish space. The price of the stay is exclusive to the time of the sauna, until the end of November 2022, the hot tub is additionally paid 1h - 50 zł. Since December, a sauna +a hot tub in a package of 75 zł, without a package of one hour of sauna 30 zł. Huge patio with lounge set and barbecue, sun loungers available. From the other side of the cottage, go to a small patio from the bedroom for peace and discretion.
