Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. Our apartment is decorated with old wood, stone, and high quality materials in alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful and unique. We broke our minds about how to create the greatest possible sense of well-being. The goal was to get in and feel good, while enjoying the great view to the pulpit in the best possible way. In the apartment house there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area😂The house has a great location and a very good accessibility.
