It is located on 1200m above sea level in the immediate vicinity of the ski bus (5 min to the gondola lift Pengelstein I & Ki-West). A practice slope for children is in front of the house.

Our pretty, cozy Apartment is located at the suburbs of Zell am See (Schüttdorf). Public transportation is a 5 Minute walk away, and grocery and drugstores are right around the corner! The Areitexpress (Schmittenhöhe) is a 2 minute walk away, to reach the Kitzsteinhorn we recommend to take bus (Areitbahn). It takes 10 minutes to get to the Kitzsteinhorn by bus. I takes 5 minutes with the train to reach Zell am See.
