In winter, an outdoor ice rink (skates provided), cross-country ski trails (bring your own equipment) and lots of walking to be had. We decorate for for holidays, and the house has a real wood burning fireplace.

Incredible, fully renovated historic home in the Kensington Market neighbourhood. Epic location!! Walk to everything. Suite 'A' offers high ceilings, heated concrete floors and is beautifully decorated with high-end furniture and original Canadian artwork. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and entertaining needs including many basic cooking ingredients. 2 bedroom private second floor unit, clean, bright, very clean and comfortable beds. A 5 minute walk gets you to the subway station, 10 the other direction will take you to the GO train station for a quick ride downtown. Locally, almost everything you might need is nearby; playgrounds, parks, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, and a quick bus ride will get you to the beach. I am close enough to the train line that you will hear the trains a bit. The bedrooms face the other way, though.
