Spacious Craftsman House in Downtown Davis

Casa Contente is a spacious craftsman house centrally located in downtown Davis. Dining table comfortably sits 8 and may squeeze in 10 people. Fully stocked kitchen is a cook's dream. We are a perfect house for a quiet family get together and NOT a good match for a party. NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING. Also, there is not much of a backyard, so we wouldn't be able to accommodate any gatherings outside. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.

Right on the golf course in a private, gated community! We are 200 Ft from a gorgeous pool which is open during the summer, and about a 3 minute drive to the main clubhouse. We also just put in new hardwood floors, and fully remodeled the kitchen and baths in 2019. Perfect location in the heart of Napa's wine country. This home is nestled in the famous Silverado Resort, just minutes from Napa's famous wineries and downtown restaurants.
