Fully equipped & serviced log house, with 2 outside braai/barbeque area with full ocean view, is walking distance from the main beach. There is a reef running parallel to the beach which makes for good snorkelling and fishing, also creating a lagoon during low tide which are perfect for swimming & other water activities. In the winter months (May - July), you can see the whales migrating. Minimum guests per night - 2 adults. Restaurant on resort, with delivery, TV & Wi-Fi services available.

Rustic, Rural, Relaxing Casa in heart of Tsoveca

Take it easy here. This is simple living at it's best. Relax on the patio and listen to the birds. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. No wi-fi (use your cell phone with local data), no TV. 500 steps to the lagoon. Safe, comfortable with all the home trimmings but rustic. Certainly not five star but by design. We have kept the original bricks and deliberately did not plaster them to keep the house rustic. Unsymmetrical paint too. 4 x 4 required for easy access to property from Bilene.

Tsakani beach house

This is a magical place with total exclusivity if you are longing for that and adventure in an extraordinary setting. You have the lagoon as a calm private beach and you can take a 10 minutes walk to the wilder Indian Ocean. The house is perfect for a couple or a small family. From the Bilene village to the house you take a 10 minutes boat trip. If you have a 4x4 car you can drive around the beach and it takes almost one hour. There is a spectacular bird life with more than 26 species.

Located in Xai Xai Eco Estate, this self-catering house has three airconditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the deck just beyond the sliding doors you will find the large splash pool overlooking the ocean with unforgettable sea views. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people and an additional 2 people on the sleeper couch if necessary. There is a well-equipped kitchen with 2 large fridges and a deep freeze. The house is serviced daily.
