Very cozy semidetached house bery near MET competition (5 minutes walking and 50 meters to beach). We love horses too. Fast wifi and possibility of work from home. Very quiet and familiar place . Swimming pool opened all year. Shops, restaurant, bakery, cafetery very closed. The house has a small garden with a porch and a solarium with sofas. Wonderful brand new independent chalet overlooking the sea, with community pool and electric car charger. The chalet is by the sea, and the average temperature of the area is 22ºC (winter about 12 or 14ºC, summer more than 30ºC). Area with over 3000 hours of sunshine a year. A very quiet area, and very close to big cities: Alicante and Benidorm. Other places of interest: Villajoyosa, El Campello, San Juan, Guadalest... Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) 30 minutes by car.
