Privacy, luxury and nature-for you! Luxurious apartment in our home (owner-occupied) - on 120 private acres overlooking the Enoree river. Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trail and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

This private guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked) with the guest entrance at the back of the house, so it feels very private. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on-site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
