Sparkling clean flat in Guildford with parking

Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

Modern, self contained garden studio in Guildford

The studio flat is light, modern and airy inside with neutral decor. Compact and self contained. It is ideal for one or two people but can sleep 1-2 more, utilising the Muji sofa bed (width of a double when unfolded). The location is peaceful, friendly and safe and within walking distance of Guildford railway station and the town centre. Easy access to the A3 and M25. It is also a short walking distance from the university, business park and Surrey Hospital (less than 5 minutes by car).

Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Please read the full description. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from builders next door on weekdays between 8 am and 4.30 pm starting early November 2024.
