Spacious 2 bedroom flat occupies entire ground floor of house with large living area, leafy garden surrounds and ocean views. Unique design with newly renovated bathroom and kitchenette. Location: 15 min drive to Wollongong CBD. 5 min drive to beach and pools (2.6kms to Woonona and Bulli beaches) PLEASE NOTE: very steep driveway to unit entrance. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. We live upstairs on first floor with separate outdoor entry.

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
