Outfitted with all the conveniences and comforts of a luxury home, our two-story townhome in the beautiful Rendezvous area of Fraser is the perfect base for outdoors enthusiasts of all kinds! It's a short walk to "The Lift" ski shuttle, a walk or short drive to downtown Winter Park, and with uninterrupted views of downtown, ski slopes and surrounding mountains, it feels incredibly remote. We use our home a great deal and go to great lengths to make it feel just like that - a cozy home!

Warm and cozy are what you will feel when staying at this retreat. We have covered all the basic amenities for your visit, but don’t stay in all day! A few steps outside the condo is the free shuttle "The Lift!". It takes you to the ski resort or to local breweries and shops, like Big Trout, in Cooper Creek Square. You can stroll along the beautiful Fraser River, too. Perfect for couple's weekend getaway, or family of four ski trip! We can’t wait to welcome you to Winter Park!

Welcome to Spike's House, a cozy mountain getaway that is close to Winter Park Resort and the Fraser River trail, and far from the hustle-bustle of the city. Spike, a Norfolk pine, has lived in Fraser since 2009. He enjoys his sunny little condo at 9,000 feet, and you will too. This is a large studio with a private bathroom. There is a full kitchen, if you inclined to cook for yourself. If not, the Winter Park area has an assortment of restaurants to choose from.

Relax and Have Fun in Our Beautiful Home

Enjoy staying in our amazing mountain vacation home. Our place is completely furnished and stocked with everything you’ll need to feel right at home. All furnishings are new, including beds, mattresses, linens, towels, etc. We have flatscreen smart TVs in all the bedrooms and common areas. WiFi and cable tv are included. The kitchen is fully stocked. At the end of the day, enjoy soaking in our 7 person hot tub or relaxing by the fire pit (during summer months).
