I am renting out my country house, two living levels, large living area on the ground floor with high rooms with carved wooden ceilings, anteroom, kitchen, guest toilet, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms with tub and shower on the upper floor. In the same house - completely separate - a tenant lives on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance from the back via a bridge. It's located in a peaceful village and allows a break in nature with activities such as hiking through the Rax, Semmering and Schneeberg area, climbing on Flatzer- or Hohe Wand, or cycling/mountain bike tours. Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
