Comfortable, semi-rural, within 4 minutes of town. Situated on a 3 acre block, this Airbnb is completely separate and offers privacy and convenience. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast is included. There is a smart Tv and Wifi. There is a locked garage available for storage of items such as bikes or small water craft. Situated across the road from the beautiful river walkway, you'll enjoy walking to the Saturday morning market, the iconic Waimarie paddle steamer, popular Yellow House cafe, Kowhai Park playground, shops and much much more. Freshly refurbished throughout, one bedroom has a queen bed and freeview TV. The other has 2 single beds . There is also a bed/settee in the lounge. Sunny and centrally located with a small yard.
