Eric and Dympna live in a modern 3 storey beachfront guesthouse in the quaint and picturesque seaside village of Duncannon. The friendly village also has a working fishing harbour, and is built around a spectacular star shaped 16th century fort. The village has a couple of nice pubs which serve excellent food and are a great place to sit and relax after a day sightseeing. Our uniquely situated home has 3 en-suite rooms for guests, 2 with large south facing windows giving exceptional views of the award winning beach and surrounding Waterford estuary. Your room is a very comfortable triple ensuite with a double bed and a single. This room sadly does not have a sea view, you'll just have to wait until breakfast time to enjoy the spectacular view! Your stay with us also includes a hearty Irish breakfast, which will be served to you while you take in the magnificent views from our breakfast room directly overlooking the beach. The surrounding area is renown for outstanding natural beauty and has remained unspoiled, while still easily accessible to all major routes. Duncannon is 2 hours from Dublin or 45 mins from rosslare ferryport.

This room, with ensuite, has a fantastic view of the Bay. Arthurstown is ideal for all around this part of Ireland. The Hook Lighthouse, Tintern Abbey, Kennedy Park are all close by. There are several great beaches nearby. Waterford is just a ferry ride and short drive away. There are places within a short drive to get good food, such as The Hollow ( great seafood), The Dunbrody House (5-Star restaurant), also has a pub in the back called the Local. Absolutely great craic and food.

Mountain bed and breakfast near Gorey

No detail is overlooked at this charming and upscale place to stay. It is in an area of natural beauty nestled between three mountains with forest walks close by. Views from every window of the valley with Scot’s pines, oaks and silver birch trees. This is a retreat away from busy life. Close to beaches of County Wexford and inland forests. One hour south of Dublin and one hour north of Wexford town. Closest small shop for supplies is 5 kms. We are 13 km from Gorey and from Tinahealy.

Highlands Cottage

Everyone is welcome, but please note that there is no smoking on the premises. While there are Tea and Coffee making facilities, the accommodation is not Self Catering. It is offered on a Bed and Breakfast basis only. Situated on a quiet country lane about 1 mile outside the town of Gorey in Co. Wexford, Highlands Cottage is a lovely little house set in mature gardens, with flowering bushes, trees, plants and lots of peace and quiet. There is no traffic noise, just the sounds of nature.

This is a family home situated three miles outside of Clonegal village which has many beautiful attractions such as Huntington Castle and the village is the final stage of the Wicklow Way. The house is a short distance to Mount Wolseley Hotel and Golf Course as well as Rathwood Garden Centre. Bunclody town is also close by. It is easily accessed from the M9 Exit 5. Lifts to and from Clonegal as part of the Wicklow Way can be arranged and from bus stops in Tullow and Bunclody.

A real family feel to this warm home, surrounded by land and cattle. If you drive 30 minutes in any direction you'll land at a beach. If you drive 15 minutes in any direction you'll land in a town. It's very safe and secluded. Gorgeous view and plenty of space to let the little ones run around and play with the happy dog Basil Breakfast included: continental breakfasts, cereals and beverages. Full Irish Breakfast is an extra €10 per person.
