Forget your worries in this spacious, family friendly, open concept ranch style home. 2 bedrooms on main level. It also inclues two spacious living areas as well as a full bathroom with shower/tub as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The basement offers a full bar with a queen size bed, and enough room for all your entertainment needs. The backyard offers an outside oasis with an above ground pool, trampoline, playset, and patio area with everything you would need for your summer memories.

Cute and quiet neighborhood located in the historic town of Jefferson, Iowa famous for its Bell Tower Festival and often a host town for Rag Brai! This 3 bed room home has the original hardwood floors. The decor is farmhouse and English Cottage Style. Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful abode located only 2 blocks from the east edge of town and also the River Raccon Trail, which bikers and walkers often enjoy! Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

Two bedrooms with queen beds, one with full bed. Living area with queen sofa bed. Pack N Play and toddler cot provided. Large private, wooded backyard, patio provides additional area to relax and unwind. Our rental would be great or families/groups coming for weddings, funerals, reunions, holidays, in town for work etc.
