"Spacious and autonomous studio",40 m2, is in village Markou, 10 km from Dimitsana, in a close distance of many activities. Ideal for a couple visiting Arcadia. The balcony on top of the studio has a unique 180° view and when the sky is clear you can see far away the green scenery, you see the colourful sunset and during night the lights of many villages. Your breakfast may include handmade jams, sweets,fruits from the trees of the garden depending on the season. Parking area opposite the house.

Πολλές γνωστές παραλίες στην ευρύτερη περιοχή με την κοντινότερη να απέχει στα 200 μ. και η παραλία του Αγ. Ανδρέα στα 400 μ. περίπου. Η είσοδος στον ευρύτερο χώρο της ιδιοκτησίας γίνεται από κεντρική καγκελόπορτα ενώ διατίθεται και χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων. Στο χώρο υπάρχει σκύλος φιλικός με τους επισκέπτες.

One-room room (studio) 35sq.m, with a double bed. Unlimited view, from Mount Velia to Erymanthos and the city of Kalavryta. The 3rd floor is accessed by a stone staircase. Autonomous heating,stone fireplace, mini fridge, electric eye for beverage making. The loft has visible wood. It has no balcony, but shared balconies and a courtyard. We have wood for the fireplace upon request, as they are not included in the price. The fireplace is not allowed to bake.

Melissomandri is a traditional stone house, built in 1945 at the centre of the historical village of Kompoti (close to Arta). Until the end of the 1960's, it was used as the family residence of the local rural doctor. It maintains part of the authentic furniture. The apartment which is available to let, has an independent entrance from the municipal road. At the ground floor there is one more apartment which is inhabited.
