The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the edge of Westerland and who don't mind the "charm of a yellow-linker's residence" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest-facing balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/tea towel must be brought optionally available at an extra cost 15 euros per person

Outdoor thatched roof, interior unique design

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with attention to detail. The house has a large garden with a fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer, the cottage is a popular destination, but also in winter it impresses with its cosiness, to which the stove in the living area contributes.

We recently renovated our Captain's House Boysen, an old Sylt Captain's House dating back to 1784, with great attention to detail. In the stylishly furnished 3 rooms. Garden apartment you will find with four people on about 80 sqm space. From the living room with two sofas you reach a cozy terrace. The two cozy bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm or 140 cm wide) and are already freshly covered. A free parking lot is available.
