The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Pictures do not do justice .just like being in mountain

10 minutes from Callaway gardens & Hog Mine! Our cabin is one block off of an exclusive/privately owned spring fed lake! The lake access is close enough to bike or walk, although we prefer to drive into the access with all of our gear! At the gated access you will find a swimming area, kayak launch, grills, screened in & open pavilion, and a play ground. We provide 2 kayaks and 1 mountain bike for our guests. We have a charcoal grill at the cabin, a fire pit, & a hammock for guest use

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Cozy home that is perfect for a small family or group of friends. Across the street from Chucks Marina that has a dock up bar, restaurant and live music during season. A short 5 minutes walk if you choose to just walk there. Home has everything you need, including your own boat slip, while away on your Lake Martin getaway. If off season and a football fan, Auburn is just a short 20 mile drive away. Lake Martin is also known for great fishing and many hiking areas you can enjoy.
