A small self contained Annexe in a quiet area located at the end of a short unmade road. The Annexe is attached to the main house (our home) and is within our grounds - it has a completely separate entrance but does not have a private garden. Situated within a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch and the New Forest, this is the perfect place to explore the surrounding areas. Ferndown is a small town with some beautiful forest and heathland walks nearby.

We are located on the edge of Christchurch town and close to Hengistbury head with it's breath taking views of Christchurch Harbour, Mudeford, The Isle of Wight and Bournemouth’s seven miles of sandy beaches. Magnificent coastal and forest walks make this an ideal area for those who enjoy the great outdoors, whether it is by foot or bicycle.
